Roboreptile Case Study

This was my soft sci-fi graphic narrative project. The goal of this project was to create a 3+ page short comic fit for a potential literary journal submission. This comic must have dialogue in some form throughout. I produced a full plot and script for the story and then built my comic first with thumbnail layouts, pencils (or digital pencil), and finally ink (digital ink). Color in some form was required for this project.

I was inspired by one of my childhood toys (Roboreptile) and decided to use it to create a short dystopian comic. The story follows two main protagonists as they navigate through their daily lives, bringing something from the past to their future!
